Hi there, I haven’t been through this area but it reminds me of many other Amish settlements in other areas. I love the simplicity of their lifestyle and their humble attitude in all things.
I would love a chance to win Leaving Lancaster or Pennsylvania Patchwork. As always, thank you for sharing!
Hugs, Noreen
Thanks for writing, Noreen! I’ve learned so much about humility and forgiveness from the Amish. Not that I don’t have a long way to go. To enter to win a book please leave a comment on my Monday blog post at: http://katelloydauthor.blogspot.com/2013/11/what-mom-taught-me.html
Your pictures are always beautiful!
Thank you, Susan! It’s fun sharing my photo album.
I love visiting Lancaster Co. Zooks is always a must when I’m there. Also Immergut Pretzel and all the other shops in Intercourse. Your pictures are awesome and so are your books. Keep them both coming!!
Thanks for your kind words, Joan, and for visiting my blog! Glad you enjoy my books and photos!
